Interventions

After spinal anesthesia, the patient will be in lateral with operative leg down position. Ultrasound guided iPACK block will be performed with 20 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine infiltrated at interspace bet

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who has OA knee and undergo TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous knee infection Previous knee surgery Secondary OA Allergy to any medication in the study Severe hepatic and renal fucntion
