Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a diagnosis of mNCD by qualified experts from Ramathibodi memory clinic, geriatricians, neurologists, or psychiatrists 2. Ability to see and hear well enough to participate in the group 3.Functionally able to attend a group-based MBAT with the ability to maintain some concentration and remain in the 45-60 minutes session without showing signs of challenging behavior that may disrupts the session, based on the judgment of trained practitioners

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Participants diagnosed with (a) Severe neurological disorder; (b) Major physical illness or disability which could impact participation -Participants with history of psychiatric diseases which can potentially affect their attention
