Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy elderly aged between 60 to 79 years old 2. If the volunteer has a congenital disease such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension had to be under optimal medication treatment for at least six months and had to be clinically stable condition 3. Elderly had to be clinically stable (i.e. no crises or changes in medication) for at least three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly has a serious respiratory disorder (e.g. asthma, COPD); 2. Elderly has a history of cardiovascular diseases (e.g. acute myocardial infarction, and/or unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, pacemaker, Artificial heart valves, uncontrolled hypertension, Venous thrombosis, Aortic aneurysm), history of heart failure and stroke; 3. Elderly presenting with history of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diseases (e.g. hip or knee endoprosthesis, osteosynthesis with metal implant in lower body, acute vertebral disk herniation, recent fracture, acute soft tissue injury, joint inflammation, osteoporosis with vertebral fracture); 4. Elderly presenting with history of neurological diseases (e.g. epilepsy, migraine peripheral neuropathy impaired cognition that precludes exercise training, deep brain and/or spinal cord stimulation) ; 5. Elderly presenting with endocrine disorders (e.g. hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism); 6. Join a weight loss program or taking weight loss pills; 7. Psychology signs and symptoms (e.g. anxiety, depression) ; 8. Elderly has chronic kidney disease (stage I or more); 9. Elderly presenting with Meniere's disease and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo 10. Elderly presenting other disease (e.g. acute limb, impaired skin, tumors or metastases, recent surgery, bladder and/or bowel Incontinence, retinal hemorrhage)
