Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnancy GA 24-36 weeks with cramps at least once per week with no serious complications during pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -High risk pregnancy such as preeclampsia, preterm, bleeding per vagina -No compliance to exercise regularly -Have no ability to understand Thai language -Dead fetus in utero -Do not want to participate in this project
