50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50 - 70 years 2. Menopausal status: Absence of menstruation for at least 12 months 3. Being diagnosed with VVA based on medical records. [Having at least one symptom of vaginal atrophy on medical record (Vaginal Dryness, Vaginal soreness, Vaginal irritation/itching, Dyspareunia)] 4. Having an indication and agree to receive micro-ablative fractional vaginal CO2 Laser treatment after comprehensive counseling by their attending doctors. These are indications for Vaginal CO2 Laser therapy. 1. Patients with contraindications to hormonal use include those with breast cancer, known ischemic heart disease, migraines with auras, endometrial cancer, cirrhosis, hepatocellular adenoma, or malignant hepatoma. 2. Patients dissatisfied with local hormonal therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have undergone vaginal laser therapy within 6 months 2. Using oral hormonal therapy within 2 months. 3. Using products with Lactobacillus content within the past 2 months such as Vaginal probiotic, Yogurt 4. Using of antibiotics or anti-fungal, orally, or vaginally, within the past 2 weeks. 5. Using local hormonal therapy within 2 weeks. 6. Having vaginal intercourse within the past 48 hours. 7. Using vaginal douches, lubricants within the past 48 hours. 8. Current or history of any systemic immunosuppressive conditions or diseases
