Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD patients who were treated with inhaled medications at home in the stable phase and do not have an exacerbation requiring hospitalization for at least three months; can speak, read, and understand Vietnamese; owned and used a mobile phone frequently; and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients had a history of bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, lung surgery, or other respiratory diseases; were experiencing a COPD exacerbation or exacerbation of co-morbidities in the past three months or had had a change in medication in the past three months; or people with mental disorders or other serious illnesses
