Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: End stage kidney disease with Thombosed AV graft with suspected venous anastomosis stenosis or occlusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.not consent for enroll in research 2.Unable to follow up or surveillance according to follow up protocol 3.Refuse or withdrawal from research 4.AVG created more than 3 years or graft degeneration 5.AVG with previously stent placement 6.Graft with failed thrombectomy or unable to correct arterial anastomosis lesion or failed to correct central venous lesion
