Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18 and 35 years 2. Categorised as physically inactive (category 1 assessed via short form IPAQ) 3. Not undergoing pharmacological treatments or supplement intake 4. Answering NO to all PARQ questions 5. Being in good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual unable to run at the prescribed intensity during the familiarisation trial 2. Body mass index exceeding 30 (classified as obese).
