Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Necrotic mandibular molars confirmed by pulpal sensitivity tests Threads with pocket depth not exceeding 3mm Permanent teeth with completed root development Patients between the ages of 15-65 Patients without any systemic disease (ASA I) Teeth that have not had endodontic treatment before Patients who have not used antibiotics in the last two weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: vital teeth Teeth that have not completed their development Teeth with root fractures or pathological mobility Teeth with calcified canals that cannot be observed radiographically Presence of resorption/fracture in the relevant tooth root
