Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women, age more than or equal to 18 year old, who attend the antenatal care with their gestaional age 20 weeks or below

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known case of overt diabetes mellitus 2.unwilling to participate with this study.
