Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Loco-regional advanced stage HNC. Histologically-proven diagnosis of HNC. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2. Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Distant metastasis or locoregional recurrence disease. Contraindications to RT or chemotherapy or Hydrogen gas inhalation. Previous head and neck irradiation. Patients with tracheostomy tube.
