1.Salus Talent Pro : 3 Tesla, 2 Channel, 1-100 Hz Magnetic frequency, Hand held transducer 2.Circular coil stimulation 3.frequency : 20 Hz, 4 second on, 4 second off 4.intensity : 20% over the minimum
Active rPMS group,Sham rPMS group

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 yr 2. Diagnosis : stroke with hemiparesis (any severity) 3. Stable medical condition 4. Can communicate / understand the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.On pacemaker 2.On metal implanted devices around stimulation area 3.History of seizure 4.Unstable fracture of lower extremity 5.Chemodenervation or Neurolysis within 3 months 6.Pregnancy 7.Had been treated with rPMS
