Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with de quervain disease with tender point at 1st dorsal compartment area and positive finkelstein's test 2. Duration of symptoms more than 3 months 3. VAS 4-8 4. Age more than 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for shockwave and ultrasound therapy 2. history of steroid injection or surgical at wrist 3. history of wrist-finger fracture 4. rheumatological or neurological disease causing wrist pain
