6 Years to 12 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children (ASA Class I or II) with matched contralateral pairs of fully-erupted maxillary or mandibular permanent first molars
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with dental fluorosis or other developmental enamel defects (e.g. Molar-incisor hypomineralization, Amelogenesis imperfecta), Parents or legal guardians will not consent to participate
