22 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 22-65 years old, 2. work as a surgeon, a fellow, a resident or a scrub nurse who has a working experience more than 1 year, 3. have been practicing surgical hand scrub and sterile gowning and gloving.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have a wound or ulcer on hands and fingers, 2. have parts of any nail missing from injury or surgery, 3. allergy to chlorhexidine hand scrub, latex, acrylic or UV light.
