Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 6-18 years old Undergoing non-cardiac surgery in Queen Sirikit national institute of child health during April 1st 2023 to February 29th 2024

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who on tracheostomy tube Enlarge thyroid gland Neck mass On Cervical collar Patient with central sleep apnea Patient with central nervous system lesion Patient with neuromuscular disease Craniofacial anomalies Chronic lung disease Cognitive impairment
