Inclusion criteria: Critically ill patients who will commence CRRT Age of 20 years or greater

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of peripheral artery disease Contraindications for extremity cuff inflation Local limb infection Recent trauma in the extremity Recent surgery in the extremity
