18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years 2. Diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome by ROME III or IV criteria 3. Able to use the internet and LINE application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already on a low FODMAPs diet (number of High FODMAPs items < 7 items per week) 2. Unable to use LINE application. 3. Comorbidities: Food allergy, pregnancy, lactation, unstable medical conditions.
