Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High risk diabetic foot ulcers patients : diagnosis criteria -Loss of Protective Sensation or Peripheral Artery Disease and one or more of the following: - history of a foot ulcer and there is a foot ulcer, the ulcer must not have an active infection. - a lower-extremity amputation (minor or major) 2. Age is over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of heart disease -myocardium infarction - heart failure or symptomatic of heart failure - constrictive pericarditis -cardiac tamponade -valvular heart disease -hypertrophic cardiomyopathy -persistent cardiac arrhythmias 2. eGFR calculated by CKD-EPI < 30 ml/min/1.732 3. Hb < 8 gm/dl 4. Assay interference If one receives medication or levels of substances that exceed the specified threshold, it may affect the NT-proBNP test results. -Bilirubin > 25 mg/dL -fasting triglyceride > 1500 mg/dL - Individuals who are taking medication containing biotin. - Rheumatoid arthritis, TB, connective tissue disease, hematologic malignancy
