Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age > 18 years old 2. Primary trigger finger 3. one pathology for one side 4. fail conservative management including steroid injection for 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis 2. Skin Infection at surgical site(before surgery) 3. last steroid injection within 1 months 4. Hand deformities 5. Congenital trigger finger 6. History of previous metacarpal fracture 7. History of previous A1 pulley open release surgery 8. allergy to steroid 9. Trigger finger of thumb
