Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Patients diagnosed with systemic sclerosis using ACR/EULAR criteria under the care of the scleroderma clinic, Srinagarind hospital. 3. Had HRCT within 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Overlap with other connective tissue diseases. 2. Previous diagnosis as COPD or Asthma 3. Bedridden 4. NYHA class IV
