Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 45 years and above. 2) Demonstrates normal mobility. 3) Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending the Thai language. 4) Possesses consistent access to smart devices and the internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with disabilities. 2) Thai nationals residing abroad. 3) Individuals under the jurisdiction of correctional institutions. 4) Non-Thais or foreigners. 5) Monks, novices, and nuns. 6) Individuals who cannot read, write, and comprehend the Thai language.
