Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children 2. They have at least one pair of active cavitated enamel and dentin caries (Nyvad score 3) at least one pair. The pair of caries were had to be of the similar size, same type, same position (anterior/posterior) and same caries surface involvement buccal/palatal/occlusal/incisal/mesial/distal) at the contralateral side. If the adjacent anterior teeth were treated with either treatment, the caries surfaces would not be adjacent. 3. No history of allergies to silver, ammonia, or fluoride. 4. Caregiver and children accept to take part in the study consent. 5. Children can come to follow up after 6 and 12 months of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children are uncooperative in treatment. 2. Teeth have symptoms of pulpitis or infection such as pain or gingival abscess. 3. Children cannot come for follow-up or their caregivers did not want to continue in the study.
