Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. case group : Thai patient whom age between 18-75 years old presented with ACS chest pain and received CAG at Bangkok Phuket hospital 2. control group : Thai patient whom age between 18-75 years old presented with non-ACS chest pain at Bangkok Phuket hospital which were labeled ICD-10 as coronary spasm, pulmonary embolism, pericarditis, myocarditis, aortic dissection, costochondritis, chest pain, GERD. 3. Having covid-19 vaccination history of AZD1222, BNT162b2, mRNA-1273 during 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Oct 2023 from Thai co-vaccine database. 4. PCR or ATK for covid-19 infection at the presenting day showed negative results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History recent myocardial infarction within 6 months before hospital visiting date 2. History of cardiac arrhythmia 3. History of trauma prior of chest pain 4. Secondary myocardial infarction cause such as sepsis, amphetamine usage 5. Missing data 6. History severe covid-19 infection which had been hospitalization
