Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Existing data on employees aged 20-40 years old who had been going through an annual medical surveillance at Health Promotion Unit, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. 2. Prospectively collected data on employees aged 20-40 years old who had been going through an annual medical surveillance at Health Promotion Unit, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital in the year 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past ICD-10 medical diagnoses before the check-up day are as follows: essential or familial hypercholesterolemia, hypothyroidism, anorexia nervosa, nephrotic syndrome, current pregnancy. 2. Previous treatment by medication from any time and period in the past lifespan as follows, direct effect of therapeutic agents on LDL-C hypercholesterolemia: statins, ezetimibe, PCSK9 inhibitors, 3. Previous 3 months treatment by medication as follows, indirect effect of common medication on LDL-C: thiazide diuretics, glucocorticoids, amiodarone, cyclosporin
