receive - periarticular injection with triamcinoline 40 mg + 0.5% marcaine 20 ml + ketorolac 30 mg + NSS up to 40 ml,receive - periarticular injection with 0.5% marcaine 20 ml + ketorolac 30 mg + N

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. end-stage OA knee 2. preoperative quadriceps muscle at least grade 4 3. preoperative independent walking ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. revision knee surgery 2. needed metal augmentation 3. contra indication to NSAID 4. contra indication to corticosteroids
