Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who tested monoclonal protein using one of three methods: serum protein electrophoresis, immunofixation, serum free light chain in 2011 - 2021 2. Patients must not have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma or AL amyloidosis according to the diagnostic criteria of International myeloma working group 2014

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. insufficient data needed for analysis
