Interventions
All patients undergoing kidney biopsy will receive an immediate post-procedure ultrasound and a follow-up ultrasound 6 hours later to detect any hematoma or active extravasation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 year 2. Have indication for kidney biopsy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication for kidney biopsy - Coagulopathy (INR < 1.5, Plt > 100,000/ml) Hydronephrosis - Single kidney - severe hypertension - Contracted kidneys, small hyperechoic kidneys or end-stage kidneys - Kidneys of anatomic abnormalities including horseshoe kidney, malrotation kidney and renal arterial aneurysm - Polycystic kidney disease - Renal mass including malignant neoplasma - Chronic anticoagulant therapy while taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant medication - Active renal or perirenal infection, or skin infection over the biopsy site 2. Pregnancy 3. Kidney transplant
