Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute agitated psychiatric in-patients aged older than 18 years 2. The patients received intravenous or intramuscular haloperidol injection as clinically indicated for managing acute agitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No baseline ECG recording 2. Patients with delirium due to another medical condition
