Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with familial hypercholesterolemia aged not more than 21 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No enough data for diagnosing familial hypercholesterolemia Unwilling to participate this research study

Plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol every 3 to 6 months milligram per decilitre

Quality of life initial, when change in treatment modality, or every 1 year The Pediatric Quality of Life ,Coronary artery disease every 2-3 years computed tomography for coronary artery calcium scoring or computed tomography angiography,depression initial, when change in treatment modailty, or every 1 year Children Depression Inventory
