Interventions

The patients will be prescribed a specialized renal diet, for a period of 90 days. The diet will be provided once daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. ESRD 3. proceeding peritoneal dialysis > 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has contraindication for oral supplement meal 2. allergic to ready-to-meal food content 3. deny the protocol
