Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: aged 40 to 79 year-old in the HTC clinic (history of hypertensive urgency at least one time) who took less than 3 antihypertensive medications and did not change antihypertensive drugs for at least 3 months, blood pressure is less than 160/100 mmHg with serum creatinine less than 1.1 mg/dL, HbA1c less than 7.0, and can use mobile application.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: participants who have any visual and hearing problems. For withdrawal criteria, participants who develop signs and symptoms of acute myocardial infarction or acute stroke during study period.
