Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with ASA 1-3 who underwent elective hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery during the IRB approval period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unresectable locally advanced disease postoperative ventilatory support needed
