Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Transgender men diagnosed with gender dysphoria (based on DSM-5) Age 25 to 65 years old Willing and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History or current abnormal cervical cytology Abnormal uterine or vaginal bleeding Has undergone hysterectomy Has undergone transgender genital surgery (ie. metoidioplasty, phalloplasty) Lower genital tract infection (BV, cervicitis) Pregnancy
