Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 18 years and older who experienced hypoglycemia, defined as a finger stick capillary blood glucose level less than 70 mg/dL. 2. Individuals with abnormal levels of consciousness or those recommended for intravenous glucose treatment by a treating physician despite normal consciousness. 3.Patients who were treated for hypoglycemia according to the study protocol and then brought to the emergency department by advanced life support teams were included, as well as patients who visited the emergency department directly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A patient who was in cardiac arrest 2. A treating physician or lead member of the advanced life support team suspected impending or ongoing respiratory failure due to volume overload
