Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy children aged 6-y-o 2 No history of drug allergy 3 Not receiving any medication affecting salivary flowrate 4 Not getting fluoride supplement 5 No oral lesion or retained root 6 Have 18 to 24 teeth and dmft less than 5 7 Have normal salivary flowrate 8 Cooperate in research methodology with Frankl behavior scale 3, 4 9 Parents give their written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Children who do not meet the inclusion criteria 2 Unable to participate for full experiment period 3 could not comply with the study protocol 4 Parents withdraw their child from the study
