Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and females aged 60 to 70 years old. Subjects who have passes matriculation (only educated individuals). Physically able to develop the basic and instrumental activities of daily living (IPAQ short). Without cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination) or diseases that can affect musculoskeletal or cardiovascular systems (PAR-Q) Having no sleep disorder and are nonsmokers (Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS)) No history of hospitalization in the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elders who were currently participating or had previously participated in a structured Pilates or aerobic training exercise program in the past 3 months. Individuals with a visual or auditory impairment (Snellen eye chart test and Whisper test). Severe chronic, cognitive, and neurological disease that made the realization of the procedures impossible. Any significant general health problem or orthopedic problem that would not allow them to participate fully in intervention protocol. Obese subjects having a BMI of 25 or higher. Subject using assistance device Those individuals who cannot maintain at least 85% compliance with the exercise session.
