20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with allergic rhinitis confirmed with skin prick test or specific IgE - regular medical control for at least a month with visual analogue scale score (VAS) >/= 4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. VAS score > 7, need topical decongestant or systemic steroid to control symptoms 2. untreated sinusitis 3. nasal or sinus surgery in 3 months 4. contraindication for acupressure or peak nasal inspiratory flow such as wound, infection or dermatitis at face or over the skin of acupoints , bleeding tendency or coagulopathy which may easily bruising 5. Uncontrolled asthma
