Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.having normal manual dexterity, 2.Never used plaque removal mouthwash in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.having medical problems affecting in maintaining the oral and gingival health, 2.having physical or mental retard, 3.having severe periodontitis or in the process of orthodontics treatment.
