Age
25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. non-pregnant females aged 25-65 years 2. abnormal cervical cancer screening results either from cytology of ASC-US or higher cytology or/and high-risk HPV infection 3. no previous diagnosis of CIN2+ 4. adequate colposcopy and a transformation zone type 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. obvious cervical mass or lesion 2. colposcopic direct biopsy was not done and a colposcopic examination did not reveal any cervical lesion 3. the patient who refused treatment
