Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cancer survivors at participating institutions that meet one of the following criteria o is in a survivor clinic (If the institution has a survivor clinic) o End of treatment and be cancer-free for 2 years or more. o In the process of treatment/end of treatment and lasting more than 5 years after diagnosis Multidisciplinary physicians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multidisciplinary doctors who refused to participate in research 2.Patients with cancer-like symptoms But the final diagnosis is not cancer such as a benign tumor. 3.Patients with severe illness (terminal ill) 4. Patients with palliative care 5. Patients with acute illness, such as patients after surgery 6. Patients/parents who do not understand 3 or more questions in the questionaires.
