Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai are healthy, both men and women, aged between 18 and 45 years old, and are willing to cooperate in completing the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Information from the questionnaire is incomplete and affects the analysis of the results, such as incomplete information in the sugary beverage questionnaire and sleep quality assessment form.  (2) A person who has chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, lung disease, and diseases related to sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, etc. (3) Pregnancy
