Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primary knee osteoarthritis according to American Rheumatology Association criteria 1986 2. Grade 3 to 4 according to Kellgren and Lawrence classification 3. Failed conservative treatment 4. A patient is scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty 5. A patient can use a smartwatch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Limb weakness which motor power less than grade V 2. History of arthroplasty on an affected limb, implant fixation on unaffected limb, spinal surgery 3. Post-operative complication in 6 months following up, for example fracture, prosthetic joint infection, and deep vein thrombosis 4. Psychiatric disorder, Dementia
