20 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female ages between 20 and 59 years 2. A body mass index of 23 kg per square meter or more. 3. Blood glucose level after not eating for at least 8 hours in the range of 100 to 125 ml/dl 4. A 21 percent or higher body fat percentage 5. Those who exercise less than 20 minutes per day and less than two days per week for more than six months. 6. No disease or injury related to the joints, bones, or muscles will hinder exercise.  7. Able to understand and communicate 8. A willingness to participate in volunteer research studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of allergies to plants in the orchid family 2. Heavy smoking more than three times a week (more than three servings at a time). 3. Drink alcohol heavily, more than three times a week, consuming more than three servings at a time. 4. A chronic illness with kidney and liver disease. 5. Respiratory diseases 6. Thyroid disease or abnormalities in hormone levels related to the metabolic system. 7. Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease. 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding 9. Being a person with a disability
