20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult > 20 year, Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (GFR<15 ml/min/1.73m2), Follow up pre-dialysis care and has the GFR value at least 1 year before reach stage5 CKD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CKD patients who do not visit regular nephrology care and there was no data of eGFR for analysis, CKD patients with onset of AKI leading to decrease of eGFR below 15ml/min/1.73m2

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to dialysis using pre-emptive AVF until May 31st ,2022 days, after AVF creation to initiating hemodialysis using AVF

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
GFR slope category (Linear pattern, Non-pattern, Un-identifiable pattern, positive pattern) until May 31st ,2022 2-month intervals over the past 6-months before referral for AVF creation
