Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ambulatory patient diagnosed with acetabular or pelvic fracture which involve anterior column or superior pubic rami (Type III Nakatani classification), 2. Non displaced (1-3mm) or minimally displaced (3-5mm) fracture, 3. Patient aged 18 years old and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological fracture, 2. Patients with previous acetabular surgery, 3. Patients with conditions that can not tolerate surgery
