Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Intermediate-stage HCC patients who are 18 years of age or older and are suitable for TACE are receiving their first-time TACE treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.HCC that is not in the intermediate stage. 2.HCC that is not suitable for TACE. 3.Patients who have previously received treatment with liver resection, ablation, percutaneous ethanol injection, systemic treatment, or other forms of HCC treatment. 4.Contraindicate for TACE 5.Patients with a history of liver resection/surgery or liver transplantation 6.Baseline serum PIVKA-II levels < 23.6 ng/mL 7.Patients with vitamin K deficiency or currently taking warfarin 8.Do not consent to participate
