Conditions

Patients with below-knee lesion who required bone-involved orthopedics surgery. Adductor canal block, below knee surgery, pain control, ultrasound guided nerve block

Interventions

In this group, patients will received a Hi-Pac block under ultrasound guided for pain control together in addition to other standard analgesic regimen.,In this group, no block will be done. However,

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing tibia, fibular, ankle or foot surgery 2. ASA physical status 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. decline to participate 2. contraindicate to PNB or study drugs 3. neurological abnormality of the affected limb 4. unable to communicate or co-operate 5. bilateral limb surgery or surgery in other area beside of the below knee 6. diagnosed of acute compartment syndrome

postoperative pain score at PACU, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h Numeric rating pain score (patient self-report their pain intensity using 11- point scale from 0-10)
