Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This was a single-center retrospective cohort study. Adult HTRs at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH) between January 1, 2009, and December 31, 2021, who were maintained on cyclosporine within the first year of HT were analyzed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recipients who were initial calcineurin inhibitors other than CsA, combined heart and other organ transplant, with organ transplant history, were excluded
