Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable vital signs indicated by temperature of 36.8-37.2 degrees Celsius, heart rate (HR) of 120-160 beats per minute, respiratory rate (RR) of 30-60 breaths per minute, oxygen saturation of 90-95%, and systolic blood pressure (SBP) higher than or equal to 45 mmHg and mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) equals to gestational age (weeks) 2. Singleton birth 3. Very preterm infants' parents who are 20 years old or older 4. Very preterm infants' parents who can read and speak Thai 5. Very preterm infants' parents who are willing to permit their very preterm infants and themselves to be participants 6. Very preterm infants' parents who are able to participate in the whole duration of the TIAAC program 7. Neonatal doctors' permission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Very preterm infants with congenital abnormality or disease 2. Mothers have health problems that affect participation in the TIAAC Program based on a physician diagnosis 3. Mothers have contraindications to breastfeeding based on a physician diagnosis.
